Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated on a busy roundabout on the outskirts of town, making it well-placed for everything we wanted to do. The rooms were recently renovated with lovely bathrooms that include a bath, but with a toddler running around, it can get a bit chaotic at times. The service was excellent, including room service and a welcome drink upon arrival. The dining experience offered good quality ingredients with good vegetarian options. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with very comfy beds but the bathroom is in need of renovation. The four poster bed added a touch of elegance to the room. The service was excellent, including room service and a warm welcome drink. The location was ideal for all the activities I wanted to do, despite being near a busy road junction. The dining experience was enjoyable with good quality ingredients, although the regional jams were missing. The facilities were well-kept and convenient.
The hotel is a lovely place to stay with comfy beds and nearly new bathrooms, but some areas need renovation. The service is excellent, but the price could be better. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of Alnwick town, close to the castle and gardens. The dining experience offers good quality ingredients with a friendly touch. Overall, a nice choice for a stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, although the dining experience could be improved with more options. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a good value for money overall.
